It contains Tribulus Terrestris, an extract that is research proven to enhance testosterone; Ginseng, which may increase libido, stamina and ease erectile fatigue; Damiana, which is an aphrodisiac that may also increase erectile function; Muira Puama, which is a Brazilian libido booster; and Epimedium, which is also known as Horny Goat Weed and can increase nitric oxide and inhibit PDE 5 levels in order to help keep erections harder longer.

The Cons

If we were creating our own magic bullet sexuality enhancer we would have included both Yohimbe and Catuaba along with the extracts we outlined above, because these extracts have a proven track record of success in dramatically increasing erections and libido. In fact, we believe that they would have been a far better choice than the other seven extracts that they actually included in V Power. For example Guarana is most often found in weight loss formulas to help increase metabolism, and Coleus Forskohlii may be much better suited for addressing heart and lung diseases.

It also does not contain a research proven erection enhancer like Yohimbe, which also takes its effectiveness down a notch or two. While some consumers may see this as nitpicking, there are actually formulas out there that do contain all the right extracts, so that sexual performance may be dramatically increased.
