Natural Weight Loss and the Bad News

Natural weight loss is not a myth.

You can lose that weight and keep if off permanently with understanding how your body really works. Everyone is seeking a better way to lose weight, and we have the answers with detoxification.

Years ago one of my friends, Julia, entered psychotherapy because of panic attacks and low self-esteem. At the time she was 47 years old, and controlling her weight through walking several times a week for 12.5 minutes. And she had high fiber salads that controlled her appetite.

  • Even beets

The high fiber salads worked and the exercise worked.

So far so good.

But all this changed when she entered therapy. When she entered therapy, the therapist believed that this attention to exercise and food was excessive. It was completely unnecessary, therefore, for Julia to continue this absurd focus on eating high fiber salads and exercise. That is the message the therapist conveyed to my friend in so many words. Get to the real cause of what is eating you, and your weight loss issues will become a thing of the past.

Sounds wonderful?

But this is the real myth about weight loss and Julia bought into this entire ridiculous way of thinking hook line and sinker. So what happened?

Julia abandoned her focus on exercise and eating healthy salads. After all, if she found the true cause of her condition, then everything would work out perfectly.

Now let's forward the clock to 7 years later.

It is my friend's last therapy session.

The therapist believes that the treatment has worked, but did it really work? Julia now gets up to leave for the last time. Only it is somewhat difficult for her to get out of her chair because she weighs over 198.5 pounds. During the therapy sessions she gained over 45 pounds of pure fat from eating what she craves.

Did the therapist care about this weight gain? Not al all because Julia had resolved her emotional demons. That is all that mattered to the therapist. (Notice that I said that Julia just walked over 12.5 minutes about three times per week.)

Our billionaire decides to run for at least an hour a day or more in addition to other extreme workout routines.. That is the advice of her experts. But her experts are totally wrong because running for miles each week is a band-aid for weight control. In addition, running places undue stress on the body after years of pounding the pavement. Our billionaire eventually had to abandon her running program due to injuries, and the weight came back when she quit running.

  • Lesson... Do not run miles each week to control your weight. Just start walking 12.5 minutes or more per day.
  • Lesson... Eat a high fiber salad at least once a day that consists of cabbage, carrots, celery, and even beets.
  • Lesson... Less is better when it comes to wellness routines.
  • Lesson... If you do anything to the extreme, you may harm your body.

After two decades, our billionaire is surprised that she cannot maintain her weight. I am not surprised at all. I watched her chef prepare her meals on national TV. There were fruits and vegetables servings, but for weight loss and weight maintenance our billionaire need a high fiber diet... not just any fruit or vegetable.

Why couldn't her diet loss advisors see this obvious point? The answer is simple: How can you tout yourself as a national diet counselor if the answer is so simple and self-evident?

By the way, I am not surprised that she never married either. Again it is simple to figure out. Severe emotional and sexual abuse creates distrust in intimate relationships and causes her to judge herself harshly. She wanted to have emotional intimacy while she resists being emotionally open because of the traumatic sexual abuse. And no amount of New Age therapy can release these emotional scars because she has a 100% intention to avoid any further emotional pain.

She is stuck in the past!

  • Her significant other found that she was emotionally incapable of bonding intimately.
  • She uses her hectic and glamorous lifestyle as a distraction to avoid emotional pain.
  • She craves emotional intimacy without being open. It does not matter that she has the resources to hire the best experts in the country... they just recycle the same old answers.
  • She judges herself harshly for failing to achieve her goal for natural weight loss. She sees herself as a failure instead of seeing this failure in terms of her other accomplishments and successes.

Don't label yourself a failure no matter how many times you have failed in your quest for natural weight loss..
